Our Story

Kloves Home Needs Services was founded on a simple, essential realization: modern families and local property owners struggle to find the time needed for thorough home maintenance. Managing professional careers, family schedules, and property upkeep often leaves very little room for relaxation. To address this need, our founder Kari Lovas developed a streamlined business model dedicated to complete residential care. We set out to build a local brand that refuses to cut corners, arrives punctually, and easily manages both interior deep cleaning and exterior yard trimming.

Our business grew by establishing absolute trust within the community. We designed our services so that our clients can hand over their keys or gate codes and step away with total confidence, returning to an immaculate home that smells fresh and a lawn that features crisp, professional striping. By focusing on independent performance and eliminating the need for client supervision, we continue to elevate living spaces across the entire East Metro community.
